Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes.
Shipping costs
- Standard: $8, or free on orders over $70
You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email confirming your order straight away, then a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Our products ship from our international fulfillment partner, so some orders may arrive in separate packages. Delivery can occasionally take longer during holidays or bad weather.
Tracking your order
Every order comes with a tracking number, sent by email when it ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after your order leaves our partner's warehouse.
Lost, late or wrong address
- If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at [support email] and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
