You stick two small tabs on the outside of your nose, one on each side. The magnetic band clicks onto them and gently lifts your nostrils open, so breathing through your nose feels easier. Nothing goes inside your nose.

Every kit includes 4 magnetic bands in different sizes. Start with a middle size. If it feels loose, go smaller. If it pinches, go bigger.

Use one fresh pair of tabs each time. The 15-pair kit lasts 15 uses and the 30-pair kit lasts 30. The magnetic band is reusable.

It’s for external use only. Don’t use it on broken, irritated or sunburned skin, and stop if your skin gets red or itchy. It isn’t a medical device. If you have trouble breathing, snore heavily or think you may have sleep apnea, talk to a doctor. Keep the magnets away from small children and pets.
